North and south this summer

In the last three months Dave and I have relocated to the beautiful Yorkshire Dales - to Wensleydale to be precise, home of Wensleydale cheese loved by Wallace and Gromitt.  Back in January, however, I had to apply for fairs being held during the summer, autumn and winter this year.

Consequently I have several fairs 'down south' in the next few months.  I want to participate in fairs more local to me now as well, hence the sheepdog trials, which were only about half an hour's journey from our new home.  I've just sent off my fee for Countryside Live at the Great Yorkshire Showground in October.  Several stallholders I've met up here have recommended it and are taking part themselves.

If you look on my Events page you'll see that I'm in the south over the August Bank Holiday, and also in November and December.  Meanwhile I'm making more dolls, so I have plenty of stock for the big fairs I'm at during the run-up to Christmas.

If you're around, do come along to one or more of the fairs I'm attending.  They're great fun, there are lots of high-quality crafters, and there are lots of events taking place at the venues apart from the craft marquee/hall.
